THE ELEGANT PILLAR DRIVE

The elegant pillar drive is available in three standard heights. Safety contact profiles or photoelectric barriers can be pre-assembled ex-works (upon request). Accessories can be mounted on the top-hat rail or on the optionally available terminal row. From approx. 1,500mm post height an additional service door is optionally available. Clear and orderly cable management, large cable bushings and professional plug-in terminals make the installation quick and easy.

Robust drive unit

The drive unit is equipped with a sturdy shaft (Ø 20mm). The integrated damper hub serves to reduce the mechanical load. In addition, a quick and easy height adjustment of up to 75mm and a particularly low gear wheel position are possible.

Aluminium post

The pillar drive ORBIT 800 is available in three standard sizes:

– 1.250mm
– 1.500mm
– 2.130mm

Intermediate sizes available without extra charge (minimum height 880mm).

Custom equipment

Wide range of ELKA accessories, pre-assembled. Supplied accessories can be pre-assembled at our factory.

Certification

For serial gates designed in accordance with the EU-norms, ELKA offers support during the certification process. The perfect opportunity for gate manufacturers to offer a certified system.

Controller MO 46

Simple operation thanks to slim menu navigation, fast analysis via LEDs at the inputs. With safety contact profile detection for OPEN and CLOSE separately, electronic speed control and automatic closure.

Drive assembly

The drive assembly is delivered completely assembled. The drive unit and the controller are pre-wired and provide, in combination with the top-hat rail and the optional terminal row, space for accessories. The console is simply fastened with 4 screws to the on-site gate post.

VERSIONS

800 – Powerful

For gates up to 800kg and 14,000mm. Velocity approx. 12.6m/min.

800-L – Long drive shaft

For gates up to 600kg and 14,000mm. Velocity approx. 12.6m/min.

800-S – The fast version

For gates up to 300kg and 14,000mm. Velocity approx. 16.8m/min.
